Size guide
With your tape measure, stand up straight and measure your waist size at the narrowest point, then your hip circumference at the widest point (this is usually your hips!). And that's it!
HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS
Take your measurements directly on your body, without tightening.
Hip circumference (or hip measurement) corresponds to the widest point below the waist (usually at the level of your buttocks).
** If you are between two sizes and for more comfort, take one size above your usual size.
