Size guide
Using your tape measure, stand up straight and measure your waist circumference at the narrowest point, then your hip circumference at the widest point (usually the hips!). And that's all!
HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS
Take your measurements directly on your body, without tightening.
The hip circumference corresponds to the widest point below the waist (usually at the level of your buttocks).
** If you hesitate between two sizes and for more comfort, take one size above your usual size.
